In this interview, Patrick Ramseier shared that he was born in Lucerne, Switzerland and raised in Kuessnacht am Rigi. He now lives in Temescal Valley, California and works as a Security Engineering Manager for a security company in the US. Patrick misses his friends and relatives in Switzerland, as well as Zweifel Chips and Vermicelles. He enjoys the US because it is larger and has great Mexican food. Patrick recently went to Switzerland for vacation and hopes to return every few years.
 
What is your name and where are you living now?
 
My name is Patrick Ramseier and I live in Temescal Valley, California. I work as a Security Engineering Manager for a Security company in the US.
 
What is your connection to Switzerland? Have you been born there, or do you have some roots in Switzerland? 
 
I was born in Lucerne and raised in Kuessnacht am Rigi.
 
What is the thing that you miss about Switzerland the most?
 
Of course, my friends and relatives. Additionally, I also miss the Zweifel Chips and Vermicelles.
 
What do you think is better or do you like more in your new country?
 
The US is much bigger and Mexican food is just the best. 😃
 
Do you have any plans of returning soon? For vacations or permanently.
 
We just went to Switzerland for vacation earlier this year. We are trying to get back every few years.
